This Privacy Policy explains how VoxTok collects, uses, and protects your information. By using VoxTok, you agree to this policy. We may update it—check back here or in the app.

2. Information We Collect

TikTok Data: When you log in with TikTok, we collect your username and TikTok ID.

User Content: Audio you record or extract from TikTok videos (with creator credit).

Usage Data: How you use VoxTok (e.g., exports, sound library views), including timestamps and use counts.

Device Data: Basic info like device type and IP address (via Replit hosting).

Payment Data: If you buy the paid version, app stores (Apple/Google) handle payment; we only get confirmation of purchase.

3. How We Use Your Information

App Features: To log you in, save your sounds, show them in the library/profiles, and export videos.

Improvement: To analyze usage and improve VoxTok.

Ads: Free version uses usage data to serve relevant ads (via third-party ad networks).

Credits: To display original TikTok creators’ usernames on extracted sounds.

4. How We Share Your Information

TikTok: Login data is shared with TikTok for authentication.

Replit: Sounds and usage data are stored on Replit’s servers.

Ad Networks: Free version shares anonymized usage data with ad providers (e.g., Google AdMob).

Creators: Your username is linked to sounds you create; extracted sounds credit their TikTok owners.

Legal: We may share data if required by law or to protect our rights.

We don’t sell your personal info.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Replit servers (temporary for sounds, longer for library metadata).

We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure. You use VoxTok at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

Access: See your sounds and profile in the app.

Deletion: Email us at sjbestsam@gmail.com to delete your data (note: sounds in the library may persist anonymously).

Opt-Out: Stop using the free version to avoid ads, or buy the paid version.

7. Third-Party Services

TikTok: Login and extraction follow TikTok’s privacy policies.

Replit: Hosting follows Replit’s terms.

Ad Networks: Ads in the free version use third-party policies (e.g., Google’s).

8. Children’s Privacy

VoxTok isn’t for kids under 13. If you’re under 18, get parental consent. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors under 13—if we do, email us to remove it.

9. International Users

VoxTok is based in [your country, e.g., USA]. Using it from outside means your data may transfer to our servers, subject to local laws.
